If you find yourself in fear, simply stop and ask yourself: “What am I afraid of?” When you get that answer, then go and ask: “Well, why am I afraid of that?” Take it to the point where you can realize that the only fear you have is the fear of being wrong. Is that not a silly fear? If you are afraid of death, it makes no sense. You do not die. That is not what death is about. You are infinite and eternal. There need be no fear there.
We would say, more than fear for you, there is guilt. Perhaps that is something you need to look at slightly differently. Ask yourself why someone else’s opinions, someone else’s way of believing, someone else’s structure, we will say, need be your structure also. It need not be true.
We will say, first ask yourself why. The easiest way to do this is when you are doing something, ask: “How does this make me feel?” If you feel good, we would say to you, by all means, continue to do that thing. If you feel bad, we would say to you, why are you doing that thing? And we would ask you to say the same to yourself. Does it make sense that we do something that does not make us happy? You can say you have responsibilities but we would ask you, what does that mean? They are responsibilities you have created, or allowed yourself to create based on someone else’s needs. Since you have created them, you can then, change them.
Be Aware Of Your Patterns
It is simply a matter of being aware of your thinking process, of your patterns. Once you are aware of them and asking yourself these questions, you will be amazed at how much easier it will be for you to make choices that some times you have difficulty making.
It is time to listen to the inner self and not keep seeking outside you all those answers. You have them. We would say it is trust but we do not like the word trust. The very word itself means that there is a reason not to. We are saying that it is ‘who’ you are. How can you not trust self? Everything is as you choose it to be.
We know that it will not be instant in your understanding. We will say the more you work with it, the more you will understand.
If you have a questions about your fears, you can simply ask us. You can address us in any way you choose. You are thinking, what do we call you? We do not care. This is not our issue. Names are something that are limits that you put on this planet. We do not care if you call us “Ralph,” it does not matter. We are simply saying to call on the energy that we are and ask, and we will be there.
We are happy to be there. We are happy to assist you. We are happy to get you to recognize that your power is not less than our power, just operating on a different dimension and vibration. As our power continues to increase, so will yours. The difference is now, we are hoping with our assistance, that you will not burn yourselves with this new power. That is what many people are doing because they are trying to say “no, no, I do not want this” while saying “please, please, bring it in.” It is a contradiction that must be observed in each individual so that you do not have too much resistance. That is what is creating so much disease right now in many.
Know this within yourselves. Know that there is more information to come. Know that this information can assist you in many different ways, but trust yourselves.
Be Active In Your Choices
It is important to spend time recognizing what is going on in your brain instead of working on automatic pilot. When you work in your automatic pilot, one of the things that you do is often you insist on doing it the way you have always done it. When you do it the way you have always done it, you will recognize it is not working. The automatic pilot will be your first indicator that something is shifting. Just because you have done it this way before, we will say to you maybe you should try something else. If you go to one restaurant and you always order the same thing, please change your order. You are becoming too in a rut about your lives.
